Responsibilities:
As a Sr. Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in processing and maintaining accurate data records, resolving data-related issues, and ensuring the security of confidential customer information. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Accurately input and sustain data across multiple database systems
- Interpret, verify, compile, and sort received data and source documents before entering them into the system
- Keep an organized record of applications, rebates, and other supporting documents in both electronic and hard copy formats
- Deliver basic troubleshooting assistance and propose solutions for issues related to data, ensuring smooth operations
- Adhere to company protocols to safeguard confidential customer information
- Utilize various skills including:
+ Accounting Software Systems + ADP - Financial Services + CRM + Epic Software + ERP Solutions + About Time + Answering Inbound Calls + Billing Functions + Check Processing + Claim Administration + JavaScript + Application Coding
Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:
- Proficient in Accounting Software Systems
- Experience with ADP - Financial Services
- Ability to effectively utilize CRM tools
- Familiarity with Epic Software
- Knowledgeable in ERP Solutions
- Proficiency in using About Time software
- Able to manage Answering Inbound Calls
- Capable of performing Billing Functions
- Experience in Check Processing
- Skillful in Claim Administration
- Must have basic JavaScript knowledge
- Experience in Application Coding
