Job Summary

As a Data Entry Specialist, you'll play a critical role in supporting our Sales Analytics team by gathering and analyzing data from various sources, including records, Salesforce, and arenaflex datasets. Your attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to work independently will be essential in ensuring the accuracy and quality of our data. You'll also have the opportunity to work closely with our leadership team to provide insights and recommendations that drive business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities

* Gather data from various sources, including records, Salesforce, and arenaflex datasets

• Research and verify the accuracy of external data sources
• Clean and design data to ensure it's in a format that's compatible with our systems
• Support Sales Leaders by responding to requests and meeting their requirements
• Utilize Salesforce to update account information, upload data, and manage tasks
• Participate in special projects and research requests as needed
• Provide tailored reporting and recommendations to support business decisions and initiatives
• Develop presentations with actionable insights to support executive-level discussions

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, data science, computer science)

• 1-2 years of experience in data entry, data analysis, or a related field
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Detail-oriented and organized with a strong attention to accuracy
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications
