Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Live Chat Agent, you'll be responsible for:

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience is preferred, but not required
  • Previous experience in customer service or crisis intervention is a plus, but not essential
  • Strong written communication skills and attention to detail, with the ability to remain calm and empathetic in high-stress situations
  • Proficient in using computer systems and live chat software, with the ability to navigate multiple platforms and tools
