Experienced Part-Time Remote Customer Support Representative – Chat

As a key member of our customer support team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional online chat support to our customers, helping them find solutions to their queries, and turning conversations into leads that drive revenue for our clients.

Responsibilities

As a Part-Time Remote Customer Support Representative – Chat, you'll be responsible for:

• Handling a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate and timely responses to their queries
• Providing product and service information to customers, helping them make informed decisions
• Narrowing down on appointment information to schedule appointments and capture customer contact information for lead generation and client review
• Summarizing interactions based on customer needs for client review
• Developing and maintaining a knowledge base of our evolving products and services
• Collaborating with our team to resolve customer issues and improve our support processes

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry (not necessary, but a plus)
• Basic internet and window-based computer skills
• Strong ability to multitask, with gaming experience being a bonus
• Positive and professional demeanor
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to adapt to change and enjoy a quick-paced work environment

Requirements

* Ability to attend 4 weeks of training, Tuesday – Saturday between the hours of 10am-6:30pm CST

• Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry (not necessary, but a plus)
• Basic internet and window-based computer skills
• Strong ability to multitask, with gaming experience being a bonus
• Positive and professional demeanor
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to adapt to change and enjoy a quick-paced work environment
