Summit Home Health Care is hiring dedicated Physical Therapists to deliver home-based therapy to individuals supported through New Jersey DDD. We’re looking for PTs who want flexibility, autonomy, and measurable impact.

Requirements
· Active New Jersey PT license
· Active CPR Certification
· Experience with neuro/developmental populations preferred
· Reliable transportation

Pay: $80 - 85 an hour
