- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align project goals and deliverables.
- Prepare and maintain program documentation, reports, and presentations.
- Assist in budgeting and resource allocation for various projects.
- Act as a liaison between stakeholders to facilitate clear communication and updates.
- Monitor program progress and provide regular updates to senior management.

- Support the onboarding and training of new team members as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in program coordination or project management.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
- Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus.
- Positive attitude with a passion for improving healthcare services.
