ServiceNow Engineer – Enterprise Architecture (EAP / APM)

Role Overview We are seeking a highly experienced ServiceNow Engineer to support a critical Enterprise Architecture initiative focused on implementing and maturing ServiceNow Enterprise Architecture (EAP/APM) capabilities. This role will play a key part in strengthening platform maturity, improving data alignment, and increasing portfolio visibility across applications, technologies, and business services. The ideal candidate brings both architectural leadership and hands-on engineering expertise within the ServiceNow platform. Key Responsibilities
  • Architect and implement ServiceNow Enterprise Architecture (EAP/APM) solutions
  • Configure and operationalize: 
    • Application Portfolio
    • Technology Portfolio
    • Information Portfolio
  • Align Enterprise Architecture frameworks with CMDB and CSDM
  • Drive CMDB architecture, governance, and data quality
  • Realign existing data and processes to CSDM standards
  • Implement and manage Service Portfolio Management, including: 
    • Business Services
    • Technology Services
    • Service Offerings
  • Support Digital Portfolio Management (DPM) initiatives: 
    • Demand management
    • Investment alignment
    • Strategic prioritization
  • Build and support integrations using: 
    • REST / SOAP APIs
    • Data transformation and ETL patterns
  • Develop solutions using: 
    • JavaScript scripting
    • Scripted APIs
    • Workflows and Flow Designer
  • Support Service Mapping (tag-based preferred)
  • Work with foundational ServiceNow data: 
    • Users, Groups, Companies, Locations
Required Qualifications
  • Proven hands-on experience implementing ServiceNow APM / EAP
  • Strong expertise in: 
    • CMDB architecture and governance
    • CSDM implementation and alignment
  • Experience operationalizing EA frameworks within ServiceNow
  • Solid understanding of service hierarchy and lifecycle
  • Strong ServiceNow development experience (JavaScript & platform APIs)
  • Hands-on experience with integrations and data management within ServiceNow
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with enterprise-wide Enterprise Architecture transformation initiatives
  • Experience implementing multiple ServiceNow modules
  • Exposure to: 
    • Governance frameworks
    • EA maturity models
