Cybersecurity Identity Access Management Analyst
We are seeking a detail-oriented and service-focused Identity and Access Management (IAM) Analyst to join our team. Responsibilities
- Process Improvement and Management:
- Identify opportunities for process improvement within administrative tasks and workflows.
- Document existing processes, analyze their effectiveness, and propose solutions for optimization.
- Develop and implement new or revised procedures, ensuring clear documentation and training for relevant staff.
- Monitor process performance, track key metrics, and identify areas for further enhancement. Example: Track time spent on specific tasks and identify bottlenecks.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth integration of processes and identify cross-functional improvements. Example: Streamlining interdepartmental document approvals.
- Maintain process documentation and ensure it is readily accessible and up-to-date.
- Administrative Support:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to assigned team(s) or individuals, including calendar management, travel arrangements, expense reports, and meeting coordination.
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence (email, mail, phone calls), prioritizing and responding appropriately.
- Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports, ensuring accuracy and professional presentation.
- Maintain organized filing systems (physical and electronic) and ensure data integrity.
- Order and manage office supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels and cost-effectiveness.
- Project Coordination:
- Assist in the planning and execution of projects, including tracking deadlines, coordinating resources, and communicating with stakeholders.
- Maintain project documentation and track progress against milestones.
- Facilitate project meetings and prepare meeting minutes.
- Communication and Collaboration:
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, building strong working relationships.
- Act as a point of contact for inquiries and provide timely and accurate information.
- Collaborate effectively with other administrative staff and team members to ensure seamless support.
- Technology Proficiency:
- Utilize various software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, project management tools, CRM systems) to perform tasks efficiently. Specify the software relevant to the role.
- Maintain proficiency in relevant technologies and explore new tools to improve productivity.
- Problem Solving and Initiative:
- Proactively identify and address potential issues or challenges.
- Demonstrate initiative in seeking out opportunities for improvement and taking ownership of tasks.
- Exercise sound judgment and discretion in handling confidential information.
Qualifications
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent work experience.
- 1 years of experience in Active Directory administration, account provisioning, and email management.
- Experience with Office 365 or Exchange for email account provisioning is a plus.
- Knowledge of IT ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow) and SLA compliance.
- Excellent attention to detail, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
