Responsibilities
- Answer incoming customer service calls
- Promptly address and resolve customer complaints
- Communicate with installers, sales representatives, and order entry to resolve customer issues in a timely manner
Skills
- High School Diploma/GED required
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
- High speed internet is a must to accommodate working remote
