They are seeking an administrative assistant to manage phone calls, emails, and client requests, organize real estate files, and perform various administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Gérer les appels téléphoniques, les courriels et les demandes des clients
  • Organiser et mettre à jour les dossiers immobiliers et les bases de données clients
  • Fixer et confirmer les rendez-vous et les réunions
  • Rédiger les procès-verbaux des rencontres
  • Composer et préparer les communications et courriels nécessaires aux clients
  • Faire les suivis appropriés auprès des clients et des collaborateurs
  • Codifier les factures
  • Vérifier que les factures correspondent aux soumissions acceptées
  • Effectuer les commandes de fournitures ou de matériels
  • Toutes autres tâches administratives connexes

Skills

  • Une formation, peu importe le domaine
  • Une expérience d'un an en administration ou travail de bureau
  • Un intérêt certain pour l'immobilier
  • Une bonne maîtrise du français (orale et écrite)
  • Un niveau intermédiaire d'anglais à l'oral et à l'écrit est requis puisque l'adjoint devra échanger avec des clients anglophones chaque jour afin de répondre à leurs demandes
  • Une maîtrise des applications de bureautique
