Responsibilities

As a Virtual Chat Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing prompt and accurate responses to customer inquiries via chat. You'll troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely manner, maintaining a high level of professionalism and empathy in all interactions. Your duties will include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service via chat, phone, and email
  • Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and issues
  • Collaborating with team members and supervisors to improve service quality
  • Participating in ongoing training sessions and team meetings
  • Staying up-to-date with company policies and procedures to ensure consistency

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Strong written communication skills
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with chat platforms
  • Ability to type at least 40 words per minute
  • Reliable internet connection
