Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced and results-driven Supervisor to lead our Customer Service team from the comfort of their own home. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for overseeing daily operations, providing training and guidance to customer service representatives, and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service. Key Responsibilities

As a Supervisor | Customer Service at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Overseeing daily operations of the customer service team, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively
  • Providing training, guidance, and support to customer service representatives, helping them to develop their skills and knowledge
  • Monitoring and evaluating team performance, providing feedback and coaching as needed to ensure that our customers receive exceptional service
  • Handling escalated customer inquiries and complaints effectively and professionally, resolving issues in a timely and satisfactory manner
  • Collaborating with other departments to resolve complex issues and improve processes, ensuring that our customers receive seamless and efficient service
  • Analyzing performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance customer satisfaction
  • Ensuring adherence to company policies and customer service standards, maintaining a high level of professionalism and integrity in all interactions

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Proven experience as a customer service supervisor or similar role, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer-facing environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to resolving issues, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Ability to work independently and manage a remote team effectively, with a high level of self-motivation and discipline
  • Proficiency in using customer service software and tools, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to handle high-stress situations with professionalism and composure, maintaining a positive and calm demeanor in all interactions

Preferred Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field

  • Additional certifications in customer service or management, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Manager (CM)
  • Experience managing a remote team, with a proven track record of success in a virtual work environment
