Position:

Office Clerk/Data Entry Specialist (Remote)

Key Responsibilities

As a remote office clerk/data entry specialist, you'll be responsible for:

Data Entry Transactions:

Accurately and efficiently entering daily work orders into our systems, ensuring timely and error-free data processing.

Office Clerical Duties:

Performing various office tasks, including filing, copying, faxing, and reconciling, to maintain a well-organized and efficient work environment.

Report Compilation:

Assembling and reconciling reports, utilizing Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Outlook, and Word, as well as industry-specific software.

Communication:

Maintaining excellent communication with various departments, ensuring seamless collaboration and information exchange.

Other Duties:

Performing additional tasks as assigned by management, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced work environment.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

Organizational and Prioritization Skills:

Proven ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a dynamic work environment.

Attention to Detail and Accuracy:

High level of accuracy and attention to detail, ensuring error-free data entry and report compilation.

Data Entry Experience:

At least 1 year of data entry experience (typing at least 40 wpm) in operations or a similar service environment.

Office Clerk Experience:

1 year of office clerk experience, with a strong understanding of office procedures and protocols.

Excellent Communication Skills:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with colleagues and clients.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Outlook, and Word, as well as industry-specific software.

Microsoft Excel Experience:

1 year of experience with Microsoft Excel, with a strong understanding of its features and functions.

Recycling Experience:

Experience in recycling or a related field, although not necessary.

Physical Demands

As a remote office clerk/data entry specialist, you'll need to:

Organize Office Systems:

Adjust, connect, lift, pull, push, bend, or fold office equipment and supplies to maintain a well-organized work environment.

Use Computer and Related Devices:

Utilize a computer and related devices, such as a keyboard or mouse, for extended periods while seated at a desk or workstation.

Maintain Physical Comfort:

Sit for long periods, bend, stoop, or stand as needed to perform tasks and maintain a comfortable work environment.
