Job Responsibilities

As a Business Analyst at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in supporting our data entry and operations functions. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Eliciting and documenting business requirements from stakeholders to ensure accurate and effective solutions
• Attending requirements workshops to communicate and discuss documented business requirements
• Documenting requirements, including user stories that are well-formed, traceable, and testable with defined acceptance criteria
• Creating test plans and test cases to ensure thorough testing and quality assurance
• Organizing and maintaining the team backlog to ensure efficient project management and delivery

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:
