Daily Activities

As a Customer Service Representative, your daily activities will include:

• Inbound and outbound calling to engage with clients and members of unions
• Setting appointments and performing presentations to promote our benefits packages
• Basic computer knowledge to navigate our systems and complete necessary paperwork
• Quality control to ensure exceptional customer experiences
• Leadership development to help you grow and advance in your career

Minimum Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you'll need to possess:

• Be at least 18 years of age

• A high school diploma (higher education preferred but not required)
• Customer service and/or retail experience preferred but not required
