About the Role

As a Bilingual Financial Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for customers seeking assistance with financial-related inquiries. Your role will involve:

  • Fielding customer inquiries via phone and finding innovative ways to respond to varying questions, issues, and concerns
  • Connecting with customers via phone to resolve their questions, issues, or concerns
  • Escalating/Transferring/Completing conference calls to banks, loan originators, financial institutions, and more
  • Calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues
  • Tracking all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes
  • Providing feedback on call issues

Qualifications

We're looking for fearless individuals who are inspired to deliver only the best in all that they do. To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bilingual Spanish/English required
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Must be over 18 years of age
  • 6 months customer service experience minimum
  • 6 months Call Center experience, preferred
  • Ability to type 25 wpm
  • Comfort with desktop computer systems
  • Proven oral and written communication skills
  • Logical problem-solving skills
  • Availability to work various shifts
  • Ability to use Windows operating systems
  • Organization and work prioritization skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Ability to work in a constantly changing and fast-paced environment
  • Ability to stay composed and objective
  • Strong listening skills

Work from Home Requirements

To ensure a seamless work-from-home experience, you will need:

  • A reliable internet connection with a minimum subscribed download rate of 12.0 Mbps and a minimum subscribed upload rate of 3.0 Mbps
  • An ISP with no packet loss and a ping under 50ms
  • Proof of internet speed required
  • A clean and quiet workspace
