Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Associate Customer Service Representative to join our remote team at arenaflex. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat. You'll work closely with our team to resolve customer inquiries, process orders, and provide solutions that meet our customers' needs.

Schedule and Work Environment

As a remote Associate Customer Service Representative, you'll work from the comfort of your own home, with a flexible schedule that allows you to balance your work and personal life. Our standard schedule is Monday through Friday, 10:30am-7:00pm Eastern Time (7:30am-4:00pm Pacific Time), with overtime required as needed. You'll have access to our state-of-the-art technology and tools, ensuring that you can provide seamless support to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

As an Associate Customer Service Representative, you'll be expected to perform the following key responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming requests through a multichannel system, including order entry, order status verification, and processing return orders
  • Follow standardized processes to ensure 100% quality for all orders
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, as required by arenaflex specifications
  • Understand, interpret, and explain detailed information about processes and procedures
  • Participate in continuous improvement activities and projects, and assist with additional team/organizational projects as required
  • Demonstrate flexibility in responding to new and rapidly changing situations and environments
  • Understand how decisions impact customers, markets, and sales representatives
  • Provide support beyond standard hours as needed, if call volume and/or workload require additional time

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely in writing and verbally
  • Demonstrated clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
  • Desire to provide best-in-class customer service
  • Ability to work flexible hours as needed to support business needs

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:

  • Associate's degree or higher; High School diploma or GED equivalent preferred
  • At least 2 years of customer service or account management experience
  • Experience with Systems Applications & Products (SAP), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software
  • Experience with Salesforce and PowerBI

Compensation and Benefits
