We design and conduct In-Home Usage Testing (IHUT) locally and nationally to provide actual user feedback in real-time to companies and market research firms. Our goal is to help businesses evaluate products, ensure proper product certification, and gain greater market access.

Job Summary

We're seeking experienced Customer Product Support Specialists to work from home on a part-time or full-time basis. As a Customer Product Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers, responding to their inquiries, and resolving any issues they may encounter. You'll work closely with our team to ensure that our customers receive the best possible experience.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, or chat

  • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Resolve customer issues and concerns in a fair and efficient manner
  • Collaborate with our team to ensure that customer issues are resolved promptly
  • Document customer interactions and feedback for future reference
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer support skills
  • Work closely with our product development team to provide feedback and insights on customer needs and preferences

Requirements

* 2+ years of experience in customer support or a related field

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer support software
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in product testing or product development

  • Knowledge of market research and consumer behavior
  • Familiarity with customer support software and tools
  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
  • Certification in customer support or a related field
