Role Summary
As a Live Chat Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through live chat interactions. You will be the first point of contact for customers, responding to their queries with empathy and efficiency. Your role will involve managing live chat and providing real-time assistance, as well as escalating issues to higher management when necessary.
Key Responsibilities
