Job Description

As an Entry-Level Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in supporting our claims coordination team by providing administrative and staff support services. This is a remote position, and we'll provide you with the necessary equipment to perform your duties effectively. To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess basic computer and typing skills, as well as a high school diploma or equivalent.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

* Primary responsibilities will include data entry of claims information into our claims management systems

  • Follow up on missing information to process claims efficiently
  • Review invoices to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Compile reports from systems with claims information
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records
  • Communicate effectively with team members and clients to resolve any issues or concerns

Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required

  • 6 months to 1 year of work experience in a related field (data entry, customer service, or administrative support)
  • Basic computer and typing skills (at least 40 wpm)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

* Previous experience in data entry or a related field

  • Familiarity with claims management systems or similar software
