Job Description
We're seeking an experienced Customer Experience Specialist to join our DoorDash delivery operations team. As a key member of our boutique distribution center, you'll work closely with our local warehouse operating team to ensure high-quality customer experiences. Your responsibilities will include:
- Picking and packing orders accurately and efficiently to meet customer expectations
- Managing inventory and monitoring shelf life to minimize spoilage and ensure freshness
- Maintaining a safe and respectful work environment that promotes teamwork and collaboration
- Delighting customers by ensuring substitutions are approved with their consent and providing exceptional customer service

Requirements
