Job Description

As a Part-Time Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our customer and staff data. You'll work closely with our team to ensure that all data is entered correctly, efficiently, and securely. Key Responsibilities:

* Enter customer and staff data into computer databases with precision and accuracy

• Use online computer terminals or personal computers to key and verify data according to established procedures
• Recognize and correct errors in original data prior to processing
• Identify deficiencies in source documents and return them to the originator for correction
• Maintain customer and staff databases, ensuring up-to-date and accurate information
• Perform clerical duties for the office administrator, including maintaining computerized departmental records
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data protection policies

Essential Qualifications:

* High School Diploma or equivalent

• Some data entry experience, preferably in a similar industry
• Proficient typing, keyboarding, and file maintenance skills
• Ability to use personal computers and software to develop spreadsheets, databases, and perform word processing tasks
• Familiarity with Management Information System (MIS) software
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet established deadlines
