Responsibilities

As an Experienced Customer Service Agent with arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Handling a high volume of inbound calls from customers who have been impacted by various situations, including wildfires and other crises.
  • Taking customer donations and processing them in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Receiving calls from customers who are seeking aid and assistance, and submitting their applications in a professional and compassionate manner.
  • Empathizing with customers and providing them with exceptional customer service, even in the most challenging situations.
  • Data entry and accurately updating customer profiles to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
  • Assisting customers with any questions or concerns they may have, and resolving issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 2+ years of customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Top-notch communication skills, including verbal and written communication, active listening, and conflict resolution.
  • Tech-savvy, with experience using digital tools and platforms to manage customer interactions and data.
  • Typing wizard, with the ability to type quickly and accurately while maintaining a high level of customer service.
