The Role

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences to clients in Florida and Texas. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries through various communication channels, including phone, email, chat, and social media
  • Resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Escalating interactions when necessary and providing feedback on call issues
  • Tracking all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes
  • Providing feedback on call issues and upselling opportunities
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 6 months of customer service experience, preferably in a remote or virtual environment
  • High school graduate or equivalent
  • Ability to type 25 wpm
  • Proven oral and written communication skills
  • Logical problem-solving skills
  • Ability to navigate Windows operating systems
  • Organization and work prioritization skills
  • Ability to work remotely in a virtual team environment
  • Over 18 years of age

Nice-to-Haves

While not essential, the following skills and qualifications will be highly valued:

  • Experience working in a call center or customer service environment
  • Proficiency in multiple software applications, including CRM systems and productivity tools
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Experience with desktop computer systems and Windows operating systems
