Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you'll be the face of our company, providing exceptional service to our clients and their customers. You'll work in a remote setting, utilizing our cutting-edge technology to deliver high-quality service and support. This is an exciting opportunity to join a team of bright and motivated individuals who are passionate about making a difference.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to clients and their customers via phone, email, and chat

  • Utilize our CRM software and other state systems to perform tasks and duties for HIX customers
  • Assist individuals with eligibility and enrollment for Medicaid, and services applications and enrollments for Qualified Health Plans on the Exchange
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and concerns
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, industry trends, and regulatory requirements

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma, GED, or equivalent certification

  • Background in health care, human services, or customer service
  • Experience in data entry and call centers
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to perform comfortably in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented work environment
  • Ability to successfully execute many complex tasks simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working with culturally and linguistically diverse and disadvantaged populations in a courteous and effective manner

  • Experience with CRM software and other state systems
  • Knowledge of Medicaid and Qualified Health Plans on the Exchange
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
