What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

As an Inbound Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Serving as a patient advocate to resolve questions or concerns
  • Collecting and inputting patient data into the e-Intake system
  • Verifying product and service details according to regulations and guidelines
  • Providing basic technical assistance and education regarding CPAP equipment
  • Managing high-volume inbound phone calls for initial intake processes

What Is Required (Qualifications)

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • 1 to 3 years of related work experience in a team-oriented environment
  • Strong background in customer service
  • Basic computer and internet skills, along with passing a typing test
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (when applicable)

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

If you have experience in the medical field and administrative record management, knowledge of Durable Medical Equipment (DME) or Home Medical Equipment (HME), familiarity with billing reimbursement and insurance policies, ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information, and proficiency in medical terminology, you will be at the top of our list.
