The Role
As an experienced Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality data entry services to support the success of our Transportation Fleet. Your primary duties will include:
- Collaborating with managers to outline and prioritize business needs
- Integrating multiple data assets across various database platforms
- Building, creating, and maintaining multiple Excel spreadsheets
- Providing exceptional data entry services to support the growth and success of our Transportation Fleet
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist the H.L. Transportation Fleet with data entry and analysis
- Consult and communicate with managers to outline and prioritize business needs
- Integrate multiple data assets across various database platforms
- Build, create, and maintain multiple Excel spreadsheets
- Provide exceptional data entry services to support the growth and success of our Transportation Fleet
Requirements:
* Previous experience as a Data Analyst is preferred
- Previous experience with Microsoft Excel is required
- Proficiency with Microsoft Access is preferred
- Typing and 10-key competencies are preferred
- Must pass a Background Check
- Must pass a Drug Test
Essential Qualifications:
* 2+ years of experience in data entry or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
