Job Overview
We're looking for an experienced English-speaking customer service representative with a passion for AI and a knack for delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers across the globe, leveraging our AI-powered tools to break language barriers and enhance efficiency. Responsibilities
As an English-speaking customer service representative with AI skills, your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering a 5-star experience to our customers via email and phone, ensuring seamless communication and resolving issues efficiently
- Supporting multiple languages thanks to our AI-powered translation tools, allowing us to break the language barrier and communicate effectively with customers worldwide
- Testing our AI tools, collaborating on optimizing our AI tools to improve workflows and agents' efficiency
- Collaborating with our team to identify opportunities for improvement and implementing solutions to enhance customer satisfaction and experience
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Fluent English: You must speak and write English at a native level, ensuring flawless communication with us and our customers
- Time Zone Fit: You are based in a GMT+6, +7, or +8 time zone, and can overlap at least 3 hours with our office hours in Denmark
- Customer Service Experience: You have relevant experience in customer service and a strong understanding of how to handle customer inquiries and issues
- Tech-Savvy & Detail-Oriented: You will be open to becoming a master of our platforms and AI tools, and have a reporting mindset to spot opportunities for improvement
- Essential Equipment: You have the right tools, including at least one large screen (1920x1080 resolution minimum) or two screens, a headset, and a stable internet connection
