[Remote] eFiling Specialist

They are seeking an eFiling Specialist to manage the eFiling process, ensuring accuracy and timely submissions while communicating effectively with clients and maintaining organization under pressure.
Responsibilities
- Own the process from start to finish — handle eFiling with precision and accountability
- Keep client orders on track — review, prepare, submit, and track filings while meeting deadlines
- Be the problem-solver — prevent rejections, handle rush requests, apply critical thinking skills to our workflows and systems, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks
- Communicate like a pro — keep clients, vendors, and teammates in the loop every step of the way
- Work with cutting-edge tools — navigate eFiling portals like Journal Tech, Tyler Odyssey, LegalConnect, GreenFiling, and Legal CMS
- Stay organized and on top of it all — manage multiple jobs, track SLAs, and maintain accurate records
Skills
- Background in legal or litigation support
- Genuine interest in the details that keep complex workflows running smoothly
- Familiarity with legal document preparation and court filing procedures across different jurisdictions
- Experience with eFiling portals, Legal CMS platforms, or legal support vendors
- Ability to communicate clearly
- Ability to stay organized under pressure
- Pride in getting the details right
- Adaptability and a willingness to learn
