Responsibilities
- Provide personalized, high-quality support to customers
- Understand customer goals and address challenges through effective ticket resolution
- Develop in-depth knowledge of the product to handle support tickets via phone and text
- Collaborate with the team to meet goals related to customer acquisition and retention
- Identify opportunities to improve support resources such as macros and help center content
Skills
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in SaaS
- Demonstrated ability to drive customer satisfaction and meet performance standards
- Strong written and verbal communication skills adaptable to different styles
- Self-starter and team player comfortable in a fast-paced, growing environment
