[Remote] Financial Analyst

They are seeking a Financial Analyst to join their FP&A team, focusing on delivering reporting and insights across the business, enhancing financial reporting processes, and leveraging automation and AI tools to improve efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Own monthly financial reporting processes and standard reporting cadence
- Produce monthly financial and operational KPI packages for leadership
- Enhance transparency and accessibility of reporting through continuous process improvements
- Develop and maintain headcount, ROI, and efficiency reporting across the organization
- Serve as the NetSuite Planning & Budgeting (NSPB) subject matter expert, including monthly rollovers and hierarchy maintenance
- Lead reporting and dashboard development, including publishing and security management
- Leverage automation, AI, and scalable tools to improve reporting efficiency and accuracy
- Support monthly forecasting and variance analysis
- Contribute to annual and long-range planning, including building budget templates and reporting packages
- Prepare executive-ready presentations and analysis for the VP of Finance, CFO, and Board of Directors
Skills
- 1–3+ years of experience in Finance or Operations, ideally within a contract-based revenue recognition model
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Statistics, Business, or a related field
- Experience with financial planning tools like NetSuite and NSPB
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience working with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
- Ability to work without sponsorship
- Must be located within the Eastern Time Zone (ET) or able to work standard Eastern Time Zone business hours
- Experience in a technology or SaaS organization
- Direct experience with NetSuite and NetSuite Planning & Budgeting (NSPB)
- Experience with visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau
- Experience supporting reporting in a growth-focused environment
- Proficiency leveraging AI and automation tools to streamline repeatable reporting processes
- MBA or Master's degree in a related field
