Talent Coordinator
TABOOST Social Agency is a leading talent and creator agency representing influencers and top TikTok Shop sellers. They are seeking a highly organized and proactive Talent Coordinator to support their Talent Managers and creators by managing deals, timelines, and communication in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Support Talent Managers across day-to-day operations
- Track creator deal statuses across multiple campaigns
- Keep CRM fully updated with accurate, real-time information
- Submit invoices for completed brand deals and track payments
- Communicate with creators on deadlines, deliverables, and reminders
- Monitor creator activity and flag opportunities, updates, or issues
- Assist in campaign coordination and execution
Skills
- Must have prior influencer/talent agency experience
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment managing multiple creators or campaigns
- Extremely organized with strong attention to detail
- Proactive mindset, you stay ahead of tasks without being asked
- Strong communication and follow-up skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Friendly, reliable, and team-oriented
- Available to be in-office in West Hollywood 2x/week
