Regional Sales Directors at Doxel lead a team of Account Executives focused on closing large enterprise deals at mid-market velocity. This role is responsible for driving pipeline, improving conversion, and building a high-performance sales culture.
The successful candidate brings a disciplined approach to forecasting, qualification & disqualification, and pipeline inspection. They operate with urgency, hold a high bar for execution, and are deeply curious about both the product and the customer.
This role can sit anywhere in Central, Mountain or Pacific time zones and requires travel an average of two times per month.
We are hiring a Strategic Account Executive to own and expand Doxel’s largest General Contractor (GC) relationships. This is not a transactional “net new logo” role. This is a strategic, multi-year account ownership role focused on: -Expanding within complex, matrixed GC organizations -Navigating political stakeholder environments (10–20+ stakeholders per deal) -Driving portfolio-level adoption across multiple projects You will operate like a GM of your accounts — building account plans, influence maps, expansion strategies, and long-term revenue growth. Location: This role will Remote first with travel up to 50% of the time. The OTE for this position is $300,000 - $340,000 (uncapped), plus equity and benefits.
