Job Overview

We're seeking two meticulous Data Entry Specialists to work on a contract basis for 6-8 weeks. Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with internal team members to ensure data integrity and completeness, maintaining open communication and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Uphold stringent confidentiality when managing sensitive information, adhering to arenaflex's data protection policies and procedures.
  • Interpret medical terminology and shorthand within evaluations, ensuring accurate data entry and minimizing errors.
  • Execute data entry tasks efficiently, utilizing Microsoft tools, including Microsoft Excel and Word, to manage files and maintain organization.

Required Skills

* A strong familiarity with medical terminology and shorthand is highly preferred, with the ability to interpret and accurately enter data.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word is essential for success in this role, with the ability to manage files efficiently and accurately.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the capability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize deadlines.
  • Experience with email correspondence is advantageous, with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally.
  • Proven ability to type with a high level of accuracy, with a minimum of 60 words per minute.
