Job Summary

As an Experienced Full Stack Customer Conversation Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support via phone, email, and chat channels. Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or customer-facing role
