Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced, friendly, and tech-savvy Customer Support Representative to join our remote team. As a Part-Time Customer & Technical Support Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support for our flagship product, the CatGenie Self-Washing Cat Box. If you're passionate about cats and have a knack for troubleshooting, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service and technical support for the CatGenie Self-Washing Cat Box via phone, email, and chat

• Troubleshoot issues and guide customers through steps to resolution, utilizing previous troubleshooting skills and critical thinking
• Assist customers with orders, repairs, returns, and other inquiries in a timely and efficient manner
• Work collaboratively with the team to resolve complex issues and provide a seamless customer experience
• Utilize data entry skills to navigate different types of software with speed and accuracy
• Maintain a positive attitude and enjoy a challenge, turning constructive feedback into growth opportunities
• Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends

Essential Qualifications

* 3+ years of experience in customer support, with a focus on technical support (preferred)

• Strong communication, writing, and grammar skills
• Excellent phone etiquette and clear speaking voice
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, prioritizing workload and managing multiple projects/tasks
• Punctuality and great attendance
• Previous work experience working directly with customers (preferred)
• Ability to turn constructive feedback into growth opportunities

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working with software applications and data entry

• Previous experience in a remote work environment
• Familiarity with customer service software and tools
• Certification in customer service or technical support (desired)

Compensation and Benefits
