The Role

As an Overnight Customer Service Specialist, you'll be the voice of arenaflex during the quiet hours of the night. You'll log in to our chat application and provide prompt responses to frequently asked questions from customers. These inquiries typically cover topics such as pricing, refund policies, and exclusive discount codes. Key Responsibilities:

* Provide exceptional customer service through live chat support, responding to frequently asked questions and resolving customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner

  • Utilize technical communication skills to handle delivery and product-related inquiries, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information is provided to customers
  • Collaborate with our team to resolve complex customer issues and provide solutions that meet their needs

Essential Qualifications:
