Proposal Engineer/Proposal Manager (all genders)
- Planning and drafting monitoring, SCADA and feed-in management solutions for utility scale photovoltaic, BESS and hybrid power plants,
- First technical contact for our sales department and our customers,
- Tackle technical challenges with a solution-driven mindset and a passion for innovation,
- Interface between the sales departments, utility solutions and other internal departments,
- Coordinate technical requirements with customers, utilities, grid operators and internal departments to develop optimal solutions,
- Supervision of project inquiries until the order,
- Representation of meteocontrol at national and/or international trade fairs and events.
- Degree in electrical engineering, automation technology, communications engineering, or a related field,
- Independent and structured approach to work,
- Strong interest in technical problem-solving and innovation,
- Customer-focused and solution-oriented mindset,
- Excellent communication and organizational skills,
- Team player with a proactive attitude and willingness to take ownership,
- Comfortable working in a project-based environment,
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
