We are seeking Enterprise Service Management Consultants (f/m/d) of all experience levels (Junior, Mid-Level, Senior, Architects) and specialties (Developers, Administrators, Business Analysts, Architects, Project Managers) to join our growing team. Whether you’re starting your Atlassian, Freshworks, ServiceNow and/or Servicely journey or are a seasoned expert, we offer opportunities to work on diverse projects, from ITSM and ITOM to custom app development and workflow automation.
Responsibilities vary by role and seniority but may include:
- Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and design tailored ESM solutions
- Develop, configure, and customize ESM modules (ITSM, CSM, HR, ITAM, etc.) to meet business needs
- Lead or support end-to-end implementations, upgrades, and integrations with third-party systems
- Optimize workflows, automate processes, and enhance user experiences across the platform
- Provide technical guidance, mentorship, or project leadership (senior roles)
- Conduct training sessions and create documentation for clients and end-users
- Stay updated on ESM solution releases, trends, and best practices
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 0–2+ years (Junior), 3–5+ years (Mid), or 5–8+ years (Senior) of ServiceNow experience
- Familiarity with core ESM solution functionalities (Incident, Change, Catalog Items, etc.)
- Basic to advanced scripting skills (JavaScript, Glide, AngularJS)
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work in Agile/Scrum environments
- Certifications related to ESM solutions
