Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing timely and effective support to our customers via phone, email, and chat. You'll work closely with our team to resolve customer inquiries, address concerns, and provide solutions that meet their needs. A Day in the Role

As a Customer Service Representative, your day will be filled with exciting challenges and opportunities to make a real impact. Here are some of the key responsibilities you'll undertake:

• Taking new applications and processing payments via phone
• Documenting customer concerns, issues, and inquiries
• Updating and changing account holder information
• Basic data entry
• Follow-up mail & email correspondence
• Performing account maintenance, including account changes, adjustments, and statement requests
• Accurately explaining the terms/conditions and policies/procedures relating to the account
• Preparing reports, including CSR Daily Activity report and cash out report

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• 1+ year consecutive Customer Service Experience
• Call Center experience is not required, but is a plus!
• 1+ year working with a computer system
• Proficient data entry skills required
• Positive demeanor and Customer Service Skills
• Strong attendance history and reliable transportation
• HS Diploma or GED

• Monday to Friday, Day Shift
• Business Casual dress code (Jeans are OK! No leggings or sweatpants)
