Responsibilities
As a Bookkeeping Software Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers via phone, ensuring their issues are resolved efficiently and effectively. Your expertise in bookkeeping and accounting practices, combined with your proficiency in accounting software, will enable you to troubleshoot and resolve complex customer issues. Your strong communication skills, friendly tone, and professional demeanor will make you an asset to our team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide exceptional customer support via phone, resolving customer issues related to accounting software processes, ledger entry, navigation, and other troubleshooting needs.
- Utilize your expertise in bookkeeping and accounting practices to troubleshoot and resolve complex customer issues.
- Demonstrate proficiency in QuickBooks Online or comparable accounting software.
- Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements.
- Work independently, managing your schedule and prioritizing tasks to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date with industry trends and arenaflex's products and services.

Earnings Potential
* Earn up to $20.40 per hour
- Contractors are guaranteed a minimum of 45 minutes for each hour if available for the full 60 minutes.
Schedule
* Flexible schedule opportunities - you create your own schedule!
- Schedule available hours between 8 am and 8 pm CST, Monday - Friday
Skills and Qualifications
* Proficiency in QuickBooks Online or comparable accounting software.
- Bookkeeping/accounting expertise to include AR, AP, journal entries, reconciliation, etc.
- Customer service experience and demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality customer service over the phone in a virtual or "brick and mortar" call center environment.
- Comfort with cross-selling relevant products while addressing customer concerns.
- Strong ownership of customer issues in order to take control of the situation and provide confident resolution.
- Tech savvy and avid computer user.
- Communicate with a friendly tone and professional demeanor.
Work Environment Requirements
* Quiet, uninterrupted space

Technology Requirements
* Personal computer (no tablet)
- Broadband internet connection, at least 10 Mbps download speed
- Wired internet connection (no wi-fi or mobile internet)
- Windows 10 or Windows 11 operating system
- Valid antivirus software installed, running and up to date
- Wired USB headset with microphone
- Mac users: Mac acceptance is limited to Intel-based machines with Windows 11 installed via Apple's Boot Camp utility.
- No VPN; computers may not connect to internet services through a private VPN during arenaflex working time. Examples: NordVPN, McAfee VPN, etc.
- Full PC requirements
Important Information
* For this program, you must live and work from the United States, except CA, NY, PA, WA. We are currently unable to work with contractors residing in California, New York, Pennsylvania, or Washington.
- Contractors must also successfully pass a criminal background check.
- The relationship between you and arenaflex is a contractual relationship. You will remain an independent contractor for the duration of this program assignment. arenaflex will not be responsible for withholding taxes on your earnings while contracted with arenaflex.
