We are seeking an experienced Data Entry Co-Op to join our team at arenaflex. As a Data Entry Co-Op, you will play a vital role in supporting our Crew Resources and Scheduling team in delivering statistics-driven solutions and automation. Your primary responsibility will be to input, update, and verify data in our company database, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information entered. You will also collaborate with team members to address any discrepancies or missing data, maintaining confidentiality and security of sensitive information.Responsibilities
As a Data Entry Co-Op, your key responsibilities will include:- Inputting, updating, and verifying data in the company database.
- Ensuring the accuracy and completeness of information entered.
- Collaborating with team members to address any discrepancies or missing data.
- Maintaining confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
- Identifying areas for improvement in manual procedures and designing/imposing automation solutions.
- Delivering solutions to help reduce tasks and improve overall efficiency.
- Using project management skills to ensure all obligations are completed on time and on budget.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:- Proven experience in data entry or a related field.
- Proficiency in data entry software and Microsoft Office applications.
