Key Responsibilities

As an Experienced Full Stack Support Specialist – Live Chat and Customer Service, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing Exceptional Customer Service: Assist Netflix members with inquiries, troubleshooting, and account-related concerns via live chat, phone, and email.
