The Role: Live Chat Specialist - REMOTE As a Live Chat Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our brand, providing timely, accurate, and empathetic support to customers through instant messaging on our website or mobile app. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities:

• Becoming a Brand or Product Expert: Develop in-depth knowledge of arenaflex's products and services to provide customers with reliable support throughout the purchasing process or troubleshoot any issues that arise.
• Maintaining Live Chat Best Practices: Ensure clear, correct writing and professional language in all interactions, respond to every customer query, make customers feel valued, and follow up with customers post-chat.
