What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

As a Customer Service Representative I in our Patient Financial Services team, you will be responsible for:

  • Assisting patients in resolving billing issues, handling complaints, and setting up payment plans
  • Documenting customer complaints and interactions in the appropriate systems
  • Tracking trends in customer service encounters and recommending resolutions to the supervisor
  • Providing training and support to new Customer Service Representative I colleagues
  • Communicating and following up with stakeholders on customer service activities

What is Required (Qualifications)

  • Up to 3 years of experience in revenue cycle functions within a healthcare setting
