Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for handling inbound customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service to our customers.   • Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
  • Navigate and utilize various computer systems to access and update customer information
  • Adhere to established customer service protocols and guidelines
  • Meet performance metrics related to customer satisfaction and issue resolution

Requirements

* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a remote team
  • Familiarity with airline reservations systems is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Essential Qualifications

* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment

  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet performance metrics
  • Familiarity with CRM software and customer service tools

* 2+ years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment

  • Experience working in a remote team environment
  • Familiarity with airline reservations systems
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
