Responsibilities

As a Bilingual Spanish/English Customer Expert, your responsibilities will include:

• Fielding customer inquiries and finding innovative ways to respond to varying questions, issues, and concerns.
• Connecting with customers via phone, email, chat, and/or social media to resolve their questions or concerns.
• Calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues.
• Escalating interactions when necessary and appropriate.
• Responding to requests for assistance and/or possible processing payments.
• Tracking all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes.
• Providing feedback on call issues.
• Meeting sales objectives as defined.

Qualifications

We are looking for fearless people who are inspired to deliver only the best in all that they do. To be considered for this role, you must:

• Be bilingual in Spanish and English.
• Have a minimum of 6 months of customer service experience.
• Be over 18 years of age.
• Have the ability to type 25 wpm.
• Be a high school graduate or have a GED.
• Be comfortable with desktop computer systems.
• Have proven oral and written communication skills.
• Have 6 months of call center experience, preferred.
• Possess logical problem-solving skills.
• Be available to work various shifts.
• Have the ability to use Windows operating systems.
• Demonstrate organization and work prioritization skills.
• Have a minimum of 6 months of sales experience.
• Be able to work independently.
• Have the ability to work in a constantly changing and fast-paced environment.
• Be able to stay composed and objective.
• Have strong listening skills.
• Possess superior negotiating skills.

Work from Home Requirements

To work from home, you will need to meet the following requirements:

• Internet Connection Requirements:
• Minimum subscribed download rate equal to or exceeds 12.0 Mbps.
• Minimum subscribed upload rate equal to or exceeds 3.0 Mbps.
• ISP must have no packet loss and ping under 50ms.
• Proof of internet speed required.
• Clean and quiet workspace.
