Key Responsibilities

As a Full Stack Customer Support Specialist, you'll play a pivotal role in developing and delivering a new device for both clients and sales staff to enhance the sales experience. Your responsibilities will include:

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to map out the customer journey and develop strategies to meet goals
• Orchestrating content from various sources to create a seamless customer experience
• Developing a style guide and maintaining a library of all arenaflex content, monitoring performance and making recommendations for improvement
• Participating in fast prototyping and testing to ensure the best possible outcome
• Working closely with IT and Product Management teams to implement solutions that drive sales, improve customer experience, and enhance overall performance

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., marketing, communications, business)

• 8+ years of experience working with content development teams and local partners, with a strong understanding of geo-specific markets
• Proven experience in content streamlining through UI/UX and digital marketing to drive sales
• In-depth knowledge of arenaflex products, features, benefits, and applications
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
• Experience with customer experience management tools, including Adobe Experience Director
• Adaptability, ability to handle uncertainty, and a willingness to work in a matrixed environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• High level of integrity, values, honesty, and trust

* Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., marketing, communications, business)

• Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
