* As a member of the Revenue Accounting team within the Finance Division, you'll be responsible for performing essential accounting tasks across various specific Revenue Accounting areas.

What you'll do

* Performs fundamental accounting tasks (e.g., review accounting data, process claims, work out discrepancies, update charges/credits, journal vouchers, etc.) for various Revenue Accounting areas (e.g., payments received, billings, tickets issued/used, etc.).

• Explores and resolves accounting discrepancies promptly, including communication with external contacts when necessary.
• Completes data entry of accounting data
• Alters/reviews daily traveler ticket and auxiliary discount demands
• Disperses and stores month-end closing financial reports
• Performs various capabilities/impromptu activities as assigned by the immediate supervisor/manager to support the division's/organization's achievement of objectives and business targets.

* Minimum Qualifications: + High School diploma or GED Equivalency

• Preferred Qualifications:

+ College degree in Accounting, Finance, or related business field or comparable training/experience + Aircraft/travel service accounting experience

• Skills, Licenses, and Certificates:

+ Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook + Knowledge of broad accounting standards/systems + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills + Ability to manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision + Intelligent, insightful ability to reason
