Job Responsibilities
As an E-Commerce Operations Specialist, you'll play a critical role in driving business growth and success. Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing procedures to drive e-commerce sales and revenue growth across various online business platforms and retailers
- Identifying new business opportunities and partnerships to expand arenaflex's online presence
- Managing and streamlining the e-commerce website, ensuring a seamless customer experience
- Analyzing market trends, competitor activities, and customer leads to identify valuable opportunities for growth
- Supervising stock association, inventory management, and product variety to support business plans and profitability
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Strong relationships with Home Stop, Amazon, Over-TROUBLE, and Wayfair
- Proven experience in the omnichannel e-commerce industry
- In-depth knowledge of the e-commerce market landscape and models
- Ability to drive sales growth through effective processes and strategies
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with internal teams, external partners, and clients
